Order process

1st shopping cart

Select the products you would like to order by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. Your selection will then be placed in the shopping cart in the desired quantity. You can change this selection at any time until you send your order by changing the number of products or canceling the order process. Resetting the quantity to "0" removes the item from the shopping cart.

You can choose between free collective ordering via the school, chargeable shipping by parcel service (flat-rate shipping costs: EUR 5 incl. VAT) and free collection by yourself.

Clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button will take you to the next order step.

2. cash register

Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer with a customer account. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations(data protection declaration). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.

Now check your billing address and enter a delivery address if necessary.

Important: Please state the name of the school with every order.

You can also check / change the shipping option and select the desired payment method.

Before you continue with your purchase, you must read and confirm the cancellation policy and the general terms and conditions. Please read the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy (check the box).

3. complete order process / general terms and conditions and data protection

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all the details are correct. By clicking on the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you are sending your order to us. By doing so, you are submitting a legally binding offer.
