Shipping & delivery

The prices stated on the product pages are final prices including the currently valid statutory VAT plus shipping costs and, if applicable, cash on delivery charges. The prices at the time of ordering always apply.

In general, delivery is free of charge to the respective school that placed the order. Shipment is made as a collective order after receipt of all orders. In this case, the individual order is free of shipping costs.

On request, we can also deliver individual orders directly within Germany. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of 7.90 euros (incl. VAT) per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

How do we ship?

We deliver within Germany. As a rule, all our deliveries are made by UPS, DHL, Trans-o-flex, GLS or courier. Deliveries are made ex warehouse to the address provided by the customer. Shipments to P.O. boxes and post office warehouse shipments are not possible. Orders will only be delivered if all previous deliveries have already been paid for. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

Information on calculating the delivery time

The delivery time for bulk orders depends on when the order process is completed. From then on, a delivery time of 2 - 5 days can be expected.

The customer can expect a delivery time of 2 - 4 days for individual orders / individual shipments. We will point out any deviating delivery times, especially for freely configurable products, on the respective product page.

All information on expected delivery dates or delivery periods are non-binding unless they have been expressly agreed as binding between the seller and the customer. If the seller is in default of delivery in the event of an expressly agreed delivery date and the customer then sets a grace period, this shall be at least two weeks. If the seller allows this grace period to elapse fruitlessly, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.

If, in exceptional cases, an item cannot be delivered quickly, the seller shall inform the customer of the delivery date as soon as possible. In the event of a delay in delivery of more than two weeks, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the seller is also entitled to withdraw from the contract. If the product is permanently unavailable, the seller shall refrain from issuing a declaration of acceptance. In this case, a contract is not concluded.
The seller reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this appears advantageous for quick processing and is reasonable for the customer. If a partial delivery is made, the seller will of course bear the additional shipping costs. The customer will not incur any further costs as a result.

If the seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered by the customer through no fault of its own because a supplier fails to meet its contractual obligations, the seller expressly reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

In all cases in which delivery is not possible, the seller will immediately refund any payments already made by the customer.
