Order process
Decision
Following the decision to introduce 1:1 equipment in up to two parent-financed year groups, we work with you to create the technical framework for implementing an online store for your school. This includes agreeing the desired products, the shipping conditions, registering the devices and our support with MDM management.
Purchase
The guardians or parents of each child configure a bundle according to their wishes (e.g. color, cover, etc.). There is the option of a direct purchase or our 0% financing with our partner Santander Consumer Bank. Parents can choose the duration of the installment payment themselves between 3 and 36 months. This attractive offer ensures that every child can participate in the project on an equal footing, regardless of the financial means of the respective family.
Utilization
As soon as all the devices have been ordered, they are sent to the school on an agreed date and can be put into operation there.
To ensure that the devices can be used smoothly over the long term, we also offer a premium warranty for 3 or 5 years. This covers damage of all kinds.
Personalization
Own store
In consultation with the local school management, we create a separate store for the school for collective orders. Here, parents and guardians can log in with a password and only buy the bundle created for their school and our Premium Guarantee. This prevents incorrect purchases and ensures uniform equipment for all classes and year groups.
Contact person
Each school has its own personal contact person. So you can be sure that you will always get the help you really need and that our competent staff will always keep an eye on the specific ordering situation at your school.
Service
If you have a problem with the device you purchased from us or wish to report a case of damage, our in-house technicians will take care of your problem and try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Simply contact us informally with your name and school name at support@acsgroup.de
IT Administration
Registration of devices
Devices purchased from us can be registered to the respective school free of charge. Parents' existing devices can also be registered for the school for a one-off fee of €25. This way you can ensure that all pupils use tablets of the same quality wherever possible. We will be happy to provide you with a template for the required declaration of consent for data protection and data processing by parents/guardians.
Administration
Devices in a 1:1 setting should definitely be managed in an MDM system (mobile device management). Here you can also restrict the functionality of the tablets during lesson times in a so-called school mode, e.g. according to pedagogical aspects. Outside of school, the device can of course be fully used privately. You can also transfer apps and applications to all student tablets with a single click and use functions such as Apple Classroom.
Service
We can take over the administration of the devices for you. This gives you more breathing space and allows you to concentrate all your available resources on teaching the children. You don't have to worry about the technical details. Our iPadmanager is a full-service MDM solution. For an annual fee starting at €19.50 per device, we take over the entire management. There is no limit to the support contingent.
Training courses
We offer in-depth training so that your colleagues can fully exploit the possibilities of the iPad and use the devices in a pedagogically and didactically beneficial way in the classroom. These are carried out by certified trainers who are active teachers themselves and have already gained a great deal of expertise in using iPads in the classroom and at schools and are happy to pass this experience on to your staff.
