In general, we offer payment on account as part of a collective school order or when ordering school equipment. You can also pay in cash or by EC card when you collect your order from the store. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the page "Prices, shipping costs and delivery", are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition. A) Paypal
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online stores. For you as a customer, the use of this service is free of charge. After notification of a confirmed PayPal payment, the goods will be dispatched immediately.
And this is how it works:
- Open a PayPal account at www.paypal.de.
- Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.
- Pay for your order with PayPal.
B) Bank transfer / prepayment
For school / parent orders to a private address, please transfer the amount in advance to the account specified below. Once we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched immediately. Experience has shown that transfers are received within 1-2 days. Important: Please state the name of the customer and the order number in the reference field. ATTENTION: For payments from non-EU countries, the customer bears the transfer fees.
C) Zinia installment purchase:
Zinia installment purchase is a payment option in which the invoice amount of the order can be divided into several installments (e.g. 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, etc.). The payment method requires, among other things, a successful credit check by Zinia by Open Bank S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Zinia").
The first installment must be paid within 30 (thirty) days of shipment. All further monthly payments are due on the corresponding calendar day of the following month (example: shipping date 08.04.2022; first installment payment on 08.05.2022, subsequent payments on the 8th of the following month).
Zinia will inform you of the due date by e-mail and/or text message and provide the payment instructions.

If the amount due has still not been paid after these payment reminders, the invoice will be passed on to a specialized collection agency, which will then charge its own fees.
