With the device protection, you receive full coverage of repair costs in the event of defects, drop/fall damage, improper handling or water/moisture damage. In the event of a total loss, you will receive a replacement device of the same type and quality.
Please note: A service fee of €25 (incl. VAT) will be charged for processing the respective claim.

Warranty extension:
After expiry of the statutory warranty (24 months), a further 36 months of device protection through the assumption of repair costs in the event of material, design and manufacturing defects.
Total loss:
Replacement device in the event of total loss of the same type and quality (one-off)
Additional cost sharing of up to EUR 300:
- in the event of proven robbery/burglary
- Simple theft is not insured
Running time:
The contract has a fixed term of 5 years from the purchase of the protected new device. It ends automatically at the end of the 5th warranty year or in the event of robbery/burglary or total loss.
